House Rules & Information

Cameras and Recording Devices: Flash photography and videography are prohibited during all FCP performances.

Cell Phones and Pagers: FCP asks that you turn off all pagers and telephones during performances, as they are disturbing to both the audience and the performers. No texting will be permitted during the performances.

Food and Beverages: Food and beverages are available at the refreshment stand in the lobby at The Clayton Center for the Arts before performances and during intermission. Guests are permitted to bring drinks from the refreshment stand into the CCA Flex Theatre. No refreshments are currently allowed in the CCA Nutt Theatre.

Latecomers: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and may have to wait for an appropriate time to be seated. Latecomers will be seated in a designated section and will be able to take their seats at intermission.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Physically Disabled: The Clayton Center for the Arts provide special seating for physically disabled patrons.  For performances at the Clayton Center for the Arts, please visit their website at http://www.claytonartscenter.com/special-needs-ada/ or contact their Box Office at 865-981-8590.

Emergencies: If an emergency occurs during any FCP performance, the house manager will provide you with appropriate assistance. If you are involved in or witness an accident or medical emergency while at one of our facilities, contact the house manager immediately.

Inclement Weather: You may call the FCP Box Office at 865-712-6428 or check our website to determine whether a performance has been canceled. Tickets purchased at the Clayton Center for the Arts are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.

Performance Scheduling Changes: FCP makes every attempt in good faith to perform the shows and adhere to the schedules described in our season brochure. However, we reserve the right to make title and schedule changes due to any circumstances that prohibit the production of any previously scheduled performances.
